Verification without a site visit
A mega-project announces its own milestones. The satellite archive records different ones: when ground was actually broken, when the earthworks stopped for four months, when the second phase that was invoiced ever appeared. For a lender or a ministry funding work in a place that is expensive or awkward to inspect, a dated scene series is the cheapest audit that exists.
Radar interferometry adds a measurement optical cannot make: ground and structure movement over months, at millimetre scale, which is how subsidence over tunnelling or settling under a new port is caught before it is a claim.
What the product delivers
A per-project record on a monthly or quarterly cadence: annotated imagery, quantified change (cleared area, built-up area, stockpile movement), schedule-versus-observed commentary, and the raw scenes for the file. It reads like an inspection report, because that is what it replaces.
